How to Select the Right Model for Your Cosmetic Bottle Production Line
The 23-model range above covers a wide operational envelope. Here is a practical framework for narrowing it down based on your actual production requirements:
Output volume drives cavity count
Under 2,000 bph: 2-cavity ES models are sufficient. 2,000–5,000 bph: 3 or 4-cavity configurations. Above 5,000 bph: 6-cavity HGA.ES-6C76 or HGA.ES-6C114 at 7,200 and 5,400 bph respectively.
Bottle diameter drives clamping stroke selection
A 94mm body diameter bottle fits within the ES-2C100 and ES-2C114.3 clamping envelope. Larger bodies up to 240mm require the ES-2C260. The clamping stroke must exceed the maximum body diameter in all axes.
Special shapes go to the FS platform
If your bottle has non-round cross-sections, significant taper, or unusual proportions, the single-cavity FS-1CG series handles these geometries at 600–700 bph with better dimensional consistency than trying to run them on a multi-cavity mold.
