Our patented twin-screw air end utilizes two precision-machined helical rotors — one male (driving) and one female (driven) — that intermesh within a closely toleranced housing. As the rotors turn, air is trapped in the cavities between rotor lobes and the housing wall, progressively compressed, and discharged at the outlet port. This design delivers fundamental advantages over reciprocating, vane, and single-screw alternatives.
