Spur Gear

Worm Gear & Worm Shaft
Achieve high reduction ratios in a compact form factor. Self-locking capability prevents back-driving in lifts, conveyors, and actuators.
Bevel Gear
Transmit power between intersecting shafts at 90° or variable angles. Ideal for differentials, hand tools, and right-angle drive systems.
Spiral Bevel Gear
Curved tooth form enables smoother engagement than straight bevel gears. Essential for automotive axles, aviation, and precision instrument drives.
Miter Gear
Special case of bevel gears with a 1:1 ratio. Used where shaft direction must change by 90° without speed reduction, as in conveyor corners.
Planetary Gear (Epicyclic)
Extremely high torque density in a coaxial configuration. Used in industrial robot joints, electric vehicles, wind turbines, and heavy machinery.
Ring Gear
Internally toothed annular gear that forms the outer element in planetary gear sets. Key component in automatic transmissions and wheel drives.
Electric Car Gears

We manufacture a complete range including bevel, worm, helical, spur, plastic, miter, planetary, spiral bevel, ring gears, electric car gears, and custom rack & pinion systems. Virtually any gear type in module M0.5 to M50 can be produced.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ varies by product configuration and material. Standard catalog-type gears can often be ordered in small quantities. For custom-manufactured gears, MOQ is typically from 50–100 pieces depending on complexity. Contact us for a specific assessment.
What materials are available for gear manufacturing?
Standard options include 20CrMnTi, 40Cr, 42CrMo case-hardening steels; 304/316L stainless; brass/bronze; grey and ductile cast iron; and engineering plastics such as POM (Delrin), PA66 nylon, and UHMWPE. Exotic alloys available on request.
What are typical lead times for Gear & Racks orders?
Standard gear types: 15–25 business days after order confirmation. Complex custom gears or those requiring special tooling: 30–45 business days. First-article prototypes for new parts: 10–15 business days. Rush production is available for urgent requirements.
Do you offer custom OEM / ODM gear manufacturing?
Yes — custom OEM and ODM is our core competency. Send us your DWG, PDF, or STEP file; or ship a sample. Our engineers will review for manufacturability and return a detailed quote within 24 hours. NDA available before sharing any IP.
What international standards do your gears comply with?
Our gears can be manufactured and inspected to DIN (Germany), AGMA (USA), JIS (Japan), ISO, and GB (China) standards. Please specify your preferred standard in the inquiry and we will confirm capability and tolerances for your application.
How do you ensure gear quality before shipment?
Our multi-stage QC includes: incoming material certificate verification → in-process CMM dimensional inspection → gear-mesh / rolling test → surface hardness verification → final visual and packaging inspection. Full inspection reports are provided with each shipment.
Can you ship to my country and what documentation do you provide?
We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, sea freight (LCL/FCL), and air freight. Full export documentation is provided including commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, material certificates, and inspection reports. CE declarations and RoHS certificates available for applicable products.
