Industrial Motors That Power Critical Operations

An industrial electric motor converts electrical energy into mechanical rotation — driving pumps, compressors, conveyors, fans, machine tools, and virtually every piece of powered industrial equipment. Choosing the wrong motor type, frame, or protection class leads to premature failure, energy waste, and costly production stoppages.

HangZhou Ever Power Transmission engineers motors across six specialized families — matching output power, frame size, enclosure rating, voltage, and efficiency class precisely to your operating environment and duty cycle.

IE3 / IE4 Premium Efficiency

Our AC motors meet IEC 60034-30-1 IE3 premium and IE4 super-premium efficiency standards — reducing energy consumption by up to 30% vs legacy IE1 designs.

Class F / H Insulation

Class F (155°C) insulation as standard, Class H (180°C) available — protecting winding integrity in continuous-duty, high-ambient-temperature environments.

IP54 to IP68 Enclosures

From dust and splash-proof IP54 to fully submersible IP68 — our motors are engineered for the harshest industrial, food-grade, and marine environments.

IEC & NEMA Frame Compatibility

Standard IEC (B3, B5, B14, B35) and NEMA frame sizes ensure drop-in replacement compatibility with your existing machinery footprint.

Where Ever Power Motors Perform

Our motor families serve diverse industries — wherever reliable, efficient rotary power is needed.

Where Ever Power Motors Perform

Our motor families serve diverse industries — wherever reliable, efficient rotary power is needed.

Premature Motor Failure & Unplanned Downtime

Under-specified motors running outside their rated duty cycle, combined with poor bearing quality and inadequate thermal protection, lead to winding burnout and bearing seizure — shutting down production lines at the worst possible moment.

High Energy Bills from Low-Efficiency Motors

Legacy IE1/IE2 motors waste 5–15% more energy than modern IE3 equivalents. Across dozens of drives running 8,000+ hours per year, this adds up to tens of thousands in avoidable electricity costs and failed energy-compliance audits.

Dimensional Mismatches & Long Re-Engineering

Sourcing from non-standard suppliers results in shaft height, frame size, and mounting bolt pattern mismatches — forcing costly re-engineering, custom adapters, and weeks of delay before a replacement motor can be installed.

Non-Compliance in Hazardous Areas

Installing a standard motor in a Zone 1 or Zone 2 classified area without proper ATEX/ExProof certification exposes operators to explosion risk, triggers regulatory shutdown, and creates unlimited liability for the facility operator.

01

Premium-Grade Copper Windings

100% electrolytic copper windings (not aluminium substitutes) with vacuum pressure impregnation (VPI) ensure superior thermal conductivity, moisture resistance, and a minimum 20,000-hour L10 service life.

02

IE3 Premium Efficiency as Standard

Our standard AC motor range meets IEC 60034-30-1 IE3 — significantly reducing operating costs and ensuring compliance with EU Regulation 2019/1781 and global energy efficiency mandates.

03

Strict IEC/NEMA Dimensional Compliance

Frame dimensions, shaft dimensions, and mounting patterns are machined to IEC 60072 tolerances — guaranteeing drop-in compatibility with existing installations and eliminating adaptation costs.

04

ATEX & IECEx Certified ExProof Range

Our explosion proof motors carry ATEX II 2G/2D and IECEx certifications — manufactured to EN/IEC 60079-0 standards with flame-proof enclosures (Ex d) and increased safety (Ex e) options for Zone 1 & Zone 2.

05

Custom Engineering for OEM Applications

Non-standard voltage (110V–690V), frequency (50/60Hz), shaft extension, special flanges, encoder feedback, thermistor protection, and tropical varnish — all configurable for OEM integration at production volumes.

06

Full Certification & Test Documentation

Every shipment includes: test reports (no-load / full-load), insulation resistance records, material certificates, CE declaration, efficiency class certificate, and ATEX certificate where applicable.

Industrial Motor Buyer FAQs

Answers to the questions B2B buyers most often ask before placing their first order.

What information do I need to provide to get a motor quote?

For an accurate quotation, provide: power (kW), voltage and frequency (e.g. 380V/50Hz), speed or pole count (2P/4P/6P/8P), mounting (B3/B5/B14/B35), frame size (IEC or NEMA), IP rating, ambient temperature, duty cycle (S1 continuous or intermittent), and any special requirements (VFD-rated, ATEX zone, food-grade, encoder). A nameplate photo from an existing motor is also very helpful.

Are your motors compatible with variable frequency drives (VFDs)?

Yes. Our AC motors are available in VFD-rated configurations with reinforced insulation (Class F or H, winding rated for 1,600V peak), separate cooling fan for low-speed operation, and shaft grounding provisions to prevent bearing fluting. Spindle motors are specifically designed for full VFD control across their speed range. Specify “VFD-duty” at enquiry stage.

What does IE3 efficiency mean and why does it matter?

IE3 (Premium Efficiency) is the third tier of IEC 60034-30-1 motor efficiency classification. Compared to IE1 (Standard) motors, IE3 motors typically consume 5–10% less energy for the same output — translating to thousands of dollars in annual electricity savings per motor in continuous-duty applications. IE3 is now mandatory for motors 0.75–1,000 kW in the EU (Regulation 2019/1781) and increasingly required in North America, Australia, and China. All standard Ever Power AC motors meet IE3 as minimum.

What is the difference between ATEX, IECEx, and UL certifications for explosion proof motors?

ATEX (EU Directive 2014/34/EU) is required for hazardous area equipment sold in European markets. IECEx is the international scheme based on IEC 60079 standards, accepted in most countries outside the EU. UL (specifically UL 674 / CSA C22.2) is the North American standard recognised in the USA and Canada. Our explosion proof motors can be supplied with any of these certifications individually or in combination, depending on the destination market. Specify your target country or zone classification at enquiry.

Can you supply motors with integrated gearboxes or as part of a drive system?

Yes. Ever Power Transmission manufactures a full range of helical, bevel, worm, and planetary gearboxes that can be factory-paired with our motors as integrated gear motors — saving installation time, reducing alignment errors, and providing a single-source warranty. We can also coordinate with VFD suppliers for complete drive package sourcing. Contact us with your output speed and torque requirement.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ) for motors?

For standard catalog motors, we accept orders from 1 unit. For custom-specification motors (special voltage, non-standard frame, bespoke winding), MOQ typically starts at 5–20 units depending on complexity. OEM and private-label programs are available from MOQ 50 units per model. Sample orders for evaluation are welcome — contact [email protected] to discuss your requirements.<
